Full Setup Package
During the process, we keep in close contact to ensure any questions and missing information can be located and resolved quickly.
I don’t just do the set-up and leave it to you to figure out. At the end of the project, we will walk through each workflow step-by-step on a 1-1 call, and you'll receive continued support even after the work is completed.
Here's what the setup process looks like:
You submit a copy of your current workflow and I review and fine-tune the details to fit the program and your business, prior to our kick-off call. If you don’t have a workflow yet, you’ll submit a draft of what you envision and I’ll pick up the rest.
We’ll have a 45-minute strategy call to customize your workflow collaboratively and tailor it for the needs of your business. After the call, I draft up a detailed workflow plan outside of Dubsado and prepare for the next part of the process.
This is where I ask you for all the information needed to set up your workflow. You’ll provide me with your proposal, contract, packages, any forms and emails we need to get the system setup efficiently and effectively!
Once I have all of the required information, I’ll hit the ground running and input all of the information into the program for you. This part is all about building the deliverables to satisfy the customer (you)! Once the data is all incorporated, I test the workflow (and test again) to make sure everything is running smoothly.
We'll finish up with a 30 minute recorded 1:1 zoom call (yours to keep) to walk you through each step, and show you how to use your new workflow.
Even though the work is done, I like to keep the lines of communication open! For two weeks following the setup, you’ll have Voxer and email support.
